Instalment Payments

As you may be aware, after recent changes, that transactions in New Zealand dollars between all of New Zealand’s participating banks will now be processed every day. 
 
Previously payments only moved on “business days” being weekdays Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
 
If you are a customer that pays by instalment for your Protecta Insurance policy, we wanted to confirm that in terms of your current instalment payments nothing will change. Protecta will continue on as previous and we won’t be changing our payment processing days. Therefore a payment that falls on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next available business day.
